Munich, Germany – November 2025 – Palitronica Inc., an innovator in physics-based hardware cybersecurity and quality assurance, is proud to announce that its flagship product, Anvil Checkpoint, has won first place in the Cluster Inspection & Quality category at the Productronica Innovation Awards 2025.

The award recognizes Anvil Checkpoint’s groundbreaking approach to uniting quality assurance and cybersecurity in a single step, empowering manufacturers and OEMs to verify that every electronic component is verified as authentic, defect-free, and compliant. Using advanced RF signal analysis and artificial intelligence, Anvil Checkpoint detects defects, oversights, and fraud in electronics — even beneath the surface, inside components, and without prior knowledge of the design.
The award was accepted by Dr. Sebastian Fischmeister, CEO of Palitronica, at the ceremony in Munich.
“We’re honoured to receive first place in the Cluster Inspection & Quality category,” said Dr. Fischmeister. “This recognition reflects our drive to push the boundaries of hardware cybersecurity and manufacturing integrity. We look forward to the continued momentum as we help bring verified trust to every electronic component you buy or build.”
Founded out of over a decade of research at the University of Waterloo, Palitronica’s technology is at the forefront of Zero Trust Supply Chain security, helping organizations across automotive, aerospace, defense, and manufacturing industries guard against defects, counterfeits, and malicious hardware or software threats.
The Productronica Innovation Award marks another major milestone in Palitronica’s growing list of achievements, which includes recognition as Most Innovative Security-Focused Company (2022) and winner of the WISA Sustainable Future Competition (2023).
